The intention of this process app is to help manage "real life" recruitment processes where you have a single vacancy and multiple applicants

  • This Recruitment app was developed based on the needs of a HR department where they were finding it difficult to manage a heavy recruitment period with multiple vacancies and candidates. ¬†Historically this process was managed using Excel and emails and was susceptible to error where Managers were not kept informed of progress or when interviews were scheduled and who would be conducting the interviews, etc, etc

Help for this application can be found in the "end user help text" which has details about the states and transitions.

Great addition to the Serena Central app repository David! When I saw your process I thought about how customers could easily pre-pend or create another workflow to handle the job post request and solicitation. Websites like Careerbuilder provide webservices that could be called when you receive approval to post a job requisition then the candidates could flow into the process you created.
